Files named hemibrain-v1.2-*.fefec are derived works: a subset of neurons and connections re-encoded in a compact binary,
with a human-defined transmitter sign per cell type. The selection rule and sign table are stored inside each file and in the sibling .json.
No FlyWire data (CC-BY-NC) and no GPL simulator code is included.

MaleCNS v1.0 tables are not stored here. See NOTICE-malecns.txt. The official-brain worker downloads them.
